Our Simple Privacy Policy: This statement of policy constitutes the privacy practices for the Georgia State Parks on the Air (GA-SPOTA) program, including its websites, emails, and postings on social media. The purpose of this policy is to disclose what personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. Those involved in the GA-SPOTA program are the sole owners of the information collected on the program’s websites. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We only have access to or collect the information you voluntarily give us via email, file uploads, or other direct contacts. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Data gathered from the Contest Registration is kept on file indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
